Welcome to the Buckingham, Bicester and Brackley Methodist Circuit.

Our church buildings have now re-opened for worship. Meanwhile, the circuit continues to produce an on-line service for those who would prefer to watch from home. ABOUT THE 3Bs CIRCUIT

Popularly known as the 3Bs Circuit, we are a Circuit of The Methodist Church that covers the towns of Buckingham, Bicester and Brackley together with surrounding villages.

The Circuit consists of eight Methodist churches and one ecumenical congregation. Our Superintendent Minister is Rev’d Steve Mann.

JOB VACANCY: HR OFFICER (PART TIME) – NORTHAMPTON METHODIST DISTRICT

The Northampton Methodist District HR Officer will:

  • lead the HR advisory and administrative function for the District and
    its constituent churches and circuits which currently employ
    approximately 160 staff
  • provide expert collaborative advice for ministers and line managers
    on all employment matters
  • efficiently prepare and process employment paperwork, releasing
    line managers for mission
  • combine excellent interpersonal skills, technical knowledge and
    attention to detail

This supporting role is intended to enable all staff to flourish in their roles
while consistently exceeding statutory and Methodist requirements.
The part-time role is expected to be 15 hours per week and will be homebased.
The annual salary will be between £11,500 and £13,000 depending on
experience plus contributory pension scheme.
